All services are provided based on customer bookings.
- One-Time Service
All services provided by VALTRANS LIMITED are defined as “One-Time Services.”
Each booking, transport, or handling task is treated as a distinct, independent order. Upon completion of the service, the relevant task is deemed fully fulfilled; this does not imply any long-term contracts, automatic renewals, or ongoing service obligations, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Booking and Payment
Customers must provide accurate pickup/delivery addresses, contact details, and information regarding the items to be moved.
Quotes are determined based on transport distance, item quantity, and specific service requirements.
All fees will be clearly itemized and disclosed upon confirmation of the service booking.
VALTRANS LIMITED is committed to transparent pricing, with absolutely no hidden fees.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to ensure the following:
Provision of truthful and accurate information.
Prior notification regarding any special, fragile, or high-value items.
Ensurance that the pickup and delivery locations offer reasonable access conditions.
Cooperation with our team to complete the service within the agreed timeframe.
- Transport and Delivery
We will make every reasonable effort to complete transport services within the agreed timeframe; however, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
Adverse weather conditions.
Traffic congestion.
Government restrictions.
Force Majeure events.
- Limitation of Liability
VALTRANS LIMITED will exercise its utmost care to ensure the safe transport of items; however, we shall not be held liable for damages or losses arising from:
Damage to fragile or high-value items that were not disclosed by the customer in advance.
Damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Losses caused by Force Majeure events.
Minor wear and tear that is unavoidable during the normal course of handling.
- Cancellations and Amendments
If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. For last-minute cancellations or significant changes, we may charge a corresponding fee based on the specific circumstances.
